Drifting

For my drift car I chose the TT-01D Subaru WRC 2005 Monte Carlo. It’s a chassis I didn’t have and having Petter Solberg decals was another bonus. Since the former world champion is no longer with Subaru I figured I better pick this up before it was too late. Another rare fact is that Petter Solberg himself won Norwegian Tamiya Cup 1987. Some 20 years later he has his own Tamiya kit, how cool is that!?

I chose the Hpi drift meister 13T motor and the Futaba MC401CR ESC. It moves pretty good. It’s so fun to drive since the tires are like hockey pucks, rock hard and sliding all over the place :)
